There are 3 Provider Collaboratives within the Yorkshire and Humber region. We hold Engagement Events within Humber Coast and Vale and within West Yorkshire. These meetings are currently taking place virtually via Microsoft Teams.
These Engagement Events are for Provider Collaboratives to share progress and developments with the services – both service users and staff – and to work collaboratively with them to further progress and develop these plans. These meetings and events share best practice across these Networks through presentations and workshop style groups. These groups are a formal part of the governance structure for each of the Provider Collaboratives.
Here is the Humber North Yorkshire Engagement Newsletter number 13! This is from the meeting in October. We had a ‘getting to know the PC’ section where we met some new members of the PC and recapped on some more familiar faces, as well as the case managers. We then did some group work around Health Inequalities, access to the RC outside of ward round and talked about Meaningful Activity out of hours. All the presentations and group work can be found in the newsletter – we hope you enjoy reading our new format! There is also a competition to enter – Good luck!
Here is the Humber North Yorkshire Engagement Newsletter number 12! This is from the meeting in April. You have all spent the last year using the SeQuIn Tool to benchmark yourselves on 3 key areas, and at this meeting you all fed back your action plans from the areas and how you are progressing on these. we also had an update from Humber North Yorkshire PC, from the Involvement Network, and you all had your say on the new service user leaflet that will get sent out following an access assessment. To read more, please click on the link and we hope you enjoy reading it.
Here is the Humber North Yorkshire Engagement Newsletter number 11! This is from the meeting in November. It was great to get an update on the Provider Collaborative work a year after going live, and to hear from you all about the direction you want the meetings to go in the future.
Here is the Humber Coast and Vale Engagement Newsletter number 10! This is from the meeting in May. It was lovely to hear from service users about their stories and experiences at this meeting – full of hope and recovery at different stages of people’s journeys.
